Privacy
Mobility Labs is an independent transit technology project operated by Mike McConnell in Ontario, Canada. This page describes this website and its live Transit Arrival demo.
This website
We do not run advertising, analytics trackers, account registration, or contact forms on this website. We do not ask for your precise location or use your browser’s geolocation. The website does not set its own cookies or store your choices in browser storage.
The live demo
When the demo loads, when you select a query, or when you press Refresh, your browser sends that preset stop and route query directly to the Transit Arrival service. The request includes ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and browser headers. No name, email, or location is included in the query. Transit Arrival’s service privacy policy is available on its product website.
Hosting and fonts
Our hosting and network providers may process normal request and security logs to deliver and protect the website. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts; those requests expose standard connection information to Google. If fonts cannot load, your device’s fonts are used instead.
Contact links open your email application. If you send us an email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to share, and use it to respond. Do not send sensitive personal information in a transit enquiry.
AI assistants
If you connect Transit Arrival to an AI assistant, the assistant provider’s privacy policy applies to your conversation and its tool use. The website demo does not send your query to an AI model.
